Solid State Lighting Industry Trade Association (SSLITA)

SSLITAThe Solid State Lighting Industry Trade Association (SSLITA) is currently forming an international organization to help speed the worldwide adoption of solid state lighting sources across the breadth of lighting applications. That mission will be accomplished through SSLITA serving as a global facilitator for standardization, characterization, technical education, public policy guidance and overall market understanding of the benefits, capabilities and applications of solid state lighting.

SSLITA will be comprised of the complete Solid State Lighting industry influencers, including LED device manufacturers and their supply chain, lighting module and system integrators, luminaire manufacturers and suppliers, and lighting engineers and designers to "bridge the gap" that can unify an industry to realize the vision of creative and efficient lighting enhancing lives worldwide.
